Overview
We did not treat the pre-opening period as empty time that needed to be filled with content. We built a six-step campaign in which every appearance revealed something new and led the audience towards what came next.
Client Request
Launch the gym before it opened its doors. The brief was to prepare the audience for the opening of LVL FITNESS, introduce the space, and communicate its pre-sale offer through a short social media campaign.
The Real Gap
“Coming soon” does not create anticipation on its own. The space had not yet been revealed, and there was no complete experience for the audience to see. If the opening message kept repeating without progression, people would lose their reason to follow. The problem was not a lack of content. It was the absence of a path in which every post added something new.
Human Shift
Before
A new gym saying it would open soon.
After
A brand building its presence before opening its doors and giving the audience a reason to return and discover the next step.
Governing Decision
Do not reveal the space all at once. Bring the audience closer one step at a time. Instead of announcing everything in a single post, the campaign became a sequence that began with a signal, opened the door to participation, introduced the offer, and revealed the space only at the end.
Brand Story
The System — Six posts. Each post had a specific role. 01 The Countdown: announce that the opening was approaching and begin building anticipation. 02 The Treasure Hunt: turn passive following into participation and discovery. 03 The Quick-Eye Challenge: use a visual challenge to keep the audience engaged with the campaign. 04 The Pre-Sale Offer: connect the interest already created to a 35% pre-sale membership offer. 05 The Location Teaser: introduce the question — where does training meet a view? 06 The Facility Reveal: reveal the space the campaign had been leading towards from the beginning.
The System We Built
The Visual System — Mystery was not a visual effect. It was part of the decision. The campaign used dark compositions, cool sky-blue lighting, and a consistent LVL FITNESS logo presence. Each post introduced a different interaction mechanic, while the same visual language connected the entire campaign as one system.
Execution Proof
The case-study visual presents all six posts as one connected sequence: the countdown, treasure hunt, quick-eye challenge, 35% pre-sale offer, location teaser, and final facility reveal.
Deliverables
- 01The Countdown post
- 02The Treasure Hunt post
- 03The Quick-Eye Challenge post
- 04The 35% Pre-Sale Offer post
- 05The Location Teaser post
- 06The Facility Reveal post
- 07Connected pre-launch campaign visual system

Outcome
Anticipation stopped being a post. It became a path. The campaign brought together pieces with different functions, all moving towards one moment. The message was no longer simply “We are opening soon.” It became a teaser experience that progressed with every post. The campaign materials demonstrate a clear sequence, consistent execution, and a defined role for every post.
What We Learned
When everything cannot yet be revealed, we do not fill the gap with content. We turn the gap into curiosity.
