Al Dawar

We did not simply present different dairy products. We gave each one a clear reason to be chosen.

This case study features three selected designs from a broader body of work created by Matrix for Al Dawar, covering white cheese, flavoured milk, and fresh milk.

01

THE CHALLENGE

How can each product have its own character without becoming disconnected from the brand?

Al Dawar’s products serve different needs and consumption moments. The challenge was to communicate the value of each product within its own context, rather than presenting the entire range through the same advertising treatment.

02

THE DECISION

The product defines the world around it.

We did not impose one template across all three products. Instead, we built a distinct scene around the role of each one, while maintaining the packaging, brand identity, and direct message as consistent elements.

03

THE ROLE OF EACH DESIGN

White Cheese — The product was placed within a warm breakfast setting, connecting it to a familiar taste and an everyday moment close to the audience.

Flavoured Milk — The product moved into a youthful, energetic setting that positioned it as a choice made for movement and discovery—not as a conventional milk drink.

Fresh Milk — Freshness became a complete visual world. The packaging remained at the centre, while the movement of milk and the surrounding natural elements brought the idea to life.

04

THE RESULT

Each product gained a visual entry point suited to its audience and consumption moment, while Al Dawar remained clearly recognisable across every treatment.

We did not simply change how the product looked.

We changed its context to reveal its value.
