Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Matrix Marketing Agency website. They are separate from any written proposal, statement of work or client agreement that governs a paid engagement. This copy is pending final professional legal review before the custom-domain launch.
1. Acceptance
By visiting or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Purpose of the website
This website presents Matrix Marketing Agency, its services and selected work, and lets visitors submit an enquiry. Information published here is provided for general informational purposes only and does not form a commercial offer, quotation or contract.
3. Content and intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, brand marks, photography, video, portfolio work and case studies — is owned by Matrix Marketing Agency or the respective clients and creators featured, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, republish, adapt, resell or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission.
4. Portfolio and client work
Work shown in the portfolio was produced for the respective clients and appears with their permission for reference purposes. Featuring a brand in the portfolio does not imply an ongoing relationship or endorsement beyond what is described on the page.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
- Use the website to send unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive content.
- Scrape, mirror or bulk-reproduce content in a way that competes with the website.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Matrix Marketing Agency.
6. Enquiry submissions
When you submit an enquiry through the Contact page, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship and does not commit either side to any project. A paid engagement only begins after both sides sign a separate written proposal or agreement.
How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy page.
7. Third-party links
The website contains links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp and Instagram). We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of those third parties.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will always be current. Content may change without notice.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Matrix Marketing Agency is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Marketing services are governed separately
The scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms and any commercial obligations for marketing, branding, content or production services are governed by a separate written proposal or client agreement signed between Matrix Marketing Agency and the client. These website terms do not create or replace any such agreement.
11. Changes to the website and terms
We may update, restructure or remove parts of the website, and we may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to matrixagency.eg@gmail.com.
